1. What is the best way to care for my new Salt Actual apparel?
For longevity of your apparel and the printed design, we recommend washing your apparel in cold water. We also recommend hanging your apparel to dry.
2. How long do you take to ship products?
Some of our products are made to order, adding a few extra days of shipping time compared to orders shipped from us. We ship out orders on every business day that we're not at the firehouse. Some of our products ship separately so don't be alarmed if you do not recieve all your items in one package. Please use the contact form on our home page if you suspect you have a shipping issue.
3. Do you issue refunds or exchanges?
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds or exchanges for orders due to the fact that most of our products are made to order. Our designs are printed on apparel that is true to size, but if you're worried about size, we recommend that you order a size up. Yeah truckies, we're talking to you.
4. My order is damaged or incorrect, help!
Please email us photos of the damage or incorrect problem to sales@saltactual.com, and we will get the order fixed as soon as possible.
5. Can I get your designs tattooed?
Absolutely! Many people have had them tattooed. All we ask is that you send us a photo of the finished tat.
